If you don’t have an office in my city, can you still successfully represent me? Yes. Our expertise is national and international. You use the terms “search” and “recruiting.” Is there a difference between these services?
Within the industry, there are different interpretations for these terms, which can be confusing. However, here at Quid Pro Quo®, we use them interchangeably because we offer the full-contingent of recruiting and search services.

Can I also work with other recruiting companies, or is our relationship ‘exclusive?’
You can also work with other recruiting companies, however we would strongly recommend that you select one that you are comfortable working with and who you think can best represent your interests. Working with more than one company can lead to issues with representation to certain clients and a dilution of your “brand” (you!).

It is quality of submission that is the key, not quantity. We require that all candidates sign an “Exclusive Right to Represent” agreement before submitting your credentials to any client. This protects you and prevents your resume being submitted without your knowledge or approval.
