Once a set of requisition parameters has been established for the open position, our legal and executive search and recruitment team can begin leveraging their professional network to locate the best-qualified candidates.
A member of the Quid Pro Quo® placement team personally meets with every prospective candidate to gain a deeper understanding of the individual behind the resume, their unique qualifications and specific job requirements. Following that is an in-house screening, then an internal review by the collective recruiting team, before final candidates are selected for client presentation.
