Candidate Services: Our Process

Our Process

At Quid Pro Quo®, we practice a very personal brand of legal and executive recruitment – a proprietary approach that offers professional support, unbiased guidance and a 20-year track record of success.

Our process starts with an in-depth evaluation of each client's unique personnel requirements and corporate culture. Once a set of requisition parameters has been established for the open position, our legal and executive search and recruitment team can begin leveraging their professional network to locate the best-qualified candidates.

A member of the Quid Pro Quo® placement team personally meets with every prospective candidate to gain a deeper understanding of the individual behind the resume, their unique qualifications and specific job requirements. Following that is an in-house screening, then an internal review by the collective recruiting team, before final candidates are selected for client presentation.

It's a proprietary process that serves the best interests of everyone involved, protects all parties from any surprises or disappointments and, most importantly, ensures the right candidate is matched to the right position.
