How long will this search take?
We treat every search assignment as a unique project and try never to impose unnatural deadlines. Searches for law firm partners with a portable book of business generally take longer than associates with no book of business requirement. A Chief Executive Officer search can take six months or more. Other searches are normally conducted in less time, depending upon complexity. That said, most of our search efforts are completed in less than three months.

Quid Pro Quo® generally works on an exclusive retained basis, and may on occasion work on a contingency basis – or a combination of the two.
