Candidate Services: Our Process

Our Process

At Law Dawgs®, we practice a very personal brand of legal and corporate staffing and placement – a proprietary approach that offers professional support, unbiased guidance and a 20-year track record of success.

A member of the Law Dawgs® staffing and placement team personally meets with every prospective candidate to gain a deeper understanding of the individual behind the resume, their unique qualifications and specific job requirements. Our in-house screening process includes a resume assessment, a writing/software skills evaluation, education verification, a confidential background check, and a case-by-case review of the candidate's capabilities regarding any position-specific requirements. Plus, each candidate is also asked to submit an "Exclusive Right-to-Represent" authorization, which eliminates potential "multiple submissions" from other agencies and avoids the dubious practice of other agencies submitting candidates' resumes without their knowledge or permission. This protects your "brand" and avoids your resume being unknowingly scattered far and wide.

The candidates who successfully complete this screening also receive complimentary resume review services and interview preparation assistance.

It's a proprietary process that serves the best interests of everyone involved, protects all parties from any surprises or disappointments and, most importantly, ensures the right candidate is matched to the right position.
